Sony US announces Vita 3G memory card bundle

Quick-off-the-mark US gamers can snap up a limited edition Vita 3G memory card bundle when the system launches next month, Sony has announced.

As detailed on the PlayStation Blog, for the standard Vita 3G RRP of $299, you’ll get an 8GB memory card, an AT&T DataConnect Pass and an as yet unspecified PlayStation Network title.

Beleaguered Kodak Tries Patent-Suit Strategy on Apple, HTC

Looks like Kodak has settled on a novel way of drumming up interest in those digital-imaging patents it’s hoping to sell off to avoid bankruptcy: Assert them against some high-profile smartphone makers.

Late Tuesday, the company filed suit against Apple and HTC claiming they’ve infringed upon a handful of patents on technologies for transmitting digital images from cameras and other devices.

On-Device App Store Downloads Currently Broken for Pre-iOS 4 Devices [Updated]

Engadget points to a growing thread in Apple’s discussion forums documenting an issue in which users on pre-iOS 4 devices are unable to purchase or download apps from the App Store on their devices. The issue appears to have started on December 16th with a change in the way Apple is serving App Store content to the devices.Whenever I go into a specific app in the app store, none of the buttons work properly.
